Evergreen Fancy Foods, formally C. Grossman, Inc. was established in 1987. Over the last 18 years, we have evolved into a team of specialists who are committed to bringing your store the finest in specialty foods, natural foods, body care products and confections available.

Our broker division represents all our manufacturers products and which includes some of the most unique gift items as well.

Currently we have a team of 4 sales reps who service retail stores in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, & parts of Wyoming & Alaska. Our home office is in Spokane, Washington, where we have an able in-house staff ready to service your needs.

We search the entire World for unique products that look great & sell well in many kinds of retail environments. Our Specialty Foods category, represents over 25 different manufacturers of high-quality items. These products include teas, Huckleberry products like jams, syrups, honeys, taffy, spice and brining blends. Our private-label products include salad dressings, stuffed olives, dipping oils, pasta sauces, soup mixes, dip mixes, infused oils, vinegars, summer sausages, gourmet relishes, hot sauces and barbeque sauces.

Our Natural Foods & Body Care products are supplied from at least 6 companies and include all organic body care product line featuring lotions, lip balms, bath salts and natural Huckleberry items. We are expanding this category monthly.

Our organic lines include wild rices, a natural granola & snack line, teas, soaps, honey products, natural supplements or nutriceuticals called Craniyums and spice blends. Some of these cross over with the Specialty Foods lines.

In our Specialty Confections category, we have 9 manufacturers we work with directly, plus a large specialty candy distributor called Paradigm Foodworks. With all these companies at our disposal, we can find virtually any candy or sweet item you get requests for, plus many other unique items you may wish to try. Some possibilities include some of the finest dark & milk chocolates available from all over the World; chocolate suckers for all the holidays, huckleberry chocolates, jelly beans, gummi bears, all kinds of kid's candies, gourmet caramels and taffy sticks.

Much of our Unique Giftware is meant to complement the gourmet foods we sell. We represent a line of humorous aprons, wine and picnic baskets, all-natural soaps, candles, liqueur spice blends packaged in liqueur bottles, sea salt and peppercorn grinder gift sets plus many others.

Some of the categories of retail stores that we service include gourmet groceries, wineries, meat shops, fruit/produce markets, independent drug stores, gift basket companies, kitchen/gourmet stores and candy stores.
